Technical Requirements

DJ Rittik TECHNICAL & HOSPITALITY RIDER Artist Information DJ Rittik Prasad (DJ Rittik) – Calcutta Contact: +91 8482031971 DJ SETUP DJ Equipment • 2 × Pioneer CDJ-3000 (CD Players) • 1 × Pioneer DJM-A9 Mixer • All knobs, faders, buttons, and player controls must be in excellent working condition. • 1 × Shure SM58 Switch Microphone (Corded Only) • No cordless/wireless microphone required. DJ BOOTH REQUIREMENTS Booth Specifications • DJ Booth/Table Size: 5 ft × 4 ft • DJ equipment must be placed on flight cases for proper elevation. • 2 flight-case boxes to be positioned on the right side of the table for laptop elevation. • No laptop stand required. P.A. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS The following systems are preferred and listed in order of availability: 1st Preference • Meyer Sound – Panther 2nd Preference • d&b Audiotechnik • V-Series (Indoor) • KSL (Outdoor) 3rd Preference • L-Acoustics • Kara (Indoor / Small Venue) • K1 + K2 (Outdoor / Large Venue) Important Notes • STRICTLY NO JBL, RCF, or similar-category sound systems. • Centre fills must be from the same brand family as the main PA system. • Centre fills are mandatory, irrespective of venue size. • Stage monitors required on both sides: • Tops • Single 18" Subs • For smaller venues: • 2 tops connected directly to the DJ mixer booth will suffice. • Side fills required only when stage dimensions demand additional coverage. • Tops and subs as per venue requirements. HOSPITALITY Accommodation 1. One room for DJ Rittik at the same venue where the event is taking place.
This is mandatory. 2. One room for the Assistant DJ, preferably at the same hotel. 3. If accommodation at the same venue is unavailable, rooms must be arranged at the nearest five-star property. 4. Any additional artists booked by the client, including: • Percussionist • Saxophonist • Violinist • VJ 5. must be provided accommodation at the venue hotel or the nearest five-star property. OR • IndiGo – Stretch Seating Team Members • Economy Class Air Travel FOOD & BEVERAGES The client shall provide: • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the entire team • In-room dining facility • Soft beverages Strictly Not Required • Alcohol • Tobacco products ADDITIONAL HOTEL REQUIREMENTS The hotel must provide: • Ironing/pressing services for performance attire Compliance All technical and hospitality requirements outlined in this rider are considered part of the performance agreement and should be confirmed in advance with the artist management team.
