We built Book My Artist for two audiences. For clients and event organizers, we offer a transparent way to browse artist profiles, compare packages, make an offer, and negotiate a fair price — all without leaving the platform. For artists and performers, we provide a professional dashboard to showcase a portfolio, manage availability, receive offers, and grow a steady stream of bookings. A 50% deposit protects both sides: the artist is assured of a serious client, and the client's booking is locked in with confidence.
Book My Artist is a venture by Music Maniac, a team passionate about live music and the performers who make events unforgettable. Our mission is to make booking live talent as simple, safe, and fair as possible — removing middlemen, protecting contact details until a booking is confirmed, and ensuring every transaction is backed by secure payments and a clear refund policy. From Mumbai to Delhi, Bangalore to Kolkata, we are here to help every event find its perfect performer.

Meet Joel Mogera
Joel Mogera · Founder, Music Maniac
Joel Mogera is a musician, performer, and mentor with over 25 years of experience in the live music industry. Based in Ahmedabad, Joel's love for music began in school — a priest at church played guitar during worship sessions, and he was hooked. His father gifted him his first guitar, and he would lock himself in his room practising for hours. He went from a local student to forming a Metal Band and competing in college festivals, and today he judges the very competitions he once entered as a nervous participant.
In 2009, Joel founded Music Maniac, an academy built on his philosophy of the 3 P's — Patience, Perseverance & Passion. Over the years he has trained thousands of students, many of whom have gone on to become professional musicians and music teachers themselves.
